PROFESSIONAL IMAGES
The images of a property will play a big role in the selection of the unit. We therefor call upon professionals, interior photographers, to be able to display images as close as possible to the reality of the property.
INVENTORY TOOL
We run a complete inventory upon entrance and departure of the tenants. During this, we will take pictures of the elements in the inventory list, making sure we have a reference in the case of an eventual damage. This process enables us to reduce the risks of misunderstandings and disputes.
